Experience:

• 18 years experience as an Occupational Therapist with over 10 years working in occupational rehabilitation and injury management in Victoria under WorkCover, Comcare and TAC
• Conducting worksite assessments and developing and monitoring occupational rehabilitation programs and return to work plans
• Conducting ergonomic assessments, providing training in modified work techniques and recommendations for workplace modifications and specialised equipment
• Conducting and documenting activities of daily living assessments, including the need for household help, specialised equipment, adaptive techniques and home modifications
• Providing hand therapy in public and private systems in Australia and the United Kingdom
• Developing and conducting pain management and stress management programs
• Conducting work capacity assessments and providing work conditioning programs to injured workers
